(“user,” “candidate,” “recruiter,” “hiring manager,” “recruiter manager,” or “organization”)
agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree,
you may not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply for jobs through the platform.
- Recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiter managers must be authorized by their organization to use Talent Tracker.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout their use of the platform.
2. User Accounts
- Each user (candidate, recruiter, manager) must create a unique account with valid login credentials.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Platform Usage
Talent Tracker provides recruitment management services, including:
- Job posting and application submission.
- Candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Offer letter generation and communication.
- Onboarding document uploads and verification.
- Employee joining and release management.
Users agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful recruitment and employment-related activities.
- Not misuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
- Not upload false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
4. Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal, educational, and professional information when applying for jobs.
- Submit required onboarding documents truthfully and legally.
- Respond promptly to interview and offer communications.
5. Recruiter, Hiring Manager & Recruiter Manager Responsibilities
- Ensure job postings and offers comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain fairness, transparency, and non-discrimination in recruitment practices.
- Handle candidate data responsibly and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and software within Talent Tracker are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written consent.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- By using Talent Tracker, users consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitations of Liability
- Talent Tracker acts as a technology platform for recruitment processes and does not guarantee job offers, employment, or hiring outcomes.
- We are not responsible for inaccuracies in user-provided information.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any user account if:
- The user violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity is detected.
- The user misuses candidate or organizational data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates
indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
